He/she will work closely with the Land Reform Unit to integrate the beneficiary in the procurement process, as well as to ensure good corporate governance and procurement ethics and will foster relationships in support of the procurement strategy. Working with the multidisciplinary teams, the incumbent will assist in the change management process. He/she will act as buyer for time to time on specific projects. Exposure to an ERP system will be a distinct advantage.

To apply, candidates will need an N Dip or B degree, plus a postgraduate diploma, and at least one year’s relevant experience. We seek an achievement-orientated, flexible person confident to take the initiative and be able to communicate at all levels (with specific emphasis on contract establishment).  A high level of interpersonal skills and maturity is essential, along with planning and organising skills.
